From project delivery to operations
I started as a CAD technician and spent the next decades on the vendor side of BIM, at Ghafari, Rossetti, and most recently as Director of Technology Integration in PMC’s Digital Reality division.
My work moved steadily from project delivery toward operations: delivery playbooks that standardize BIM output regardless of who authored it, Revit family libraries that populate thousands of asset records at handover, and teams that push field-verified data straight into CMMS and operational systems.
People and technology together
My strength is leading people and technology together. I’d rather build a team that owns its tools than a tool that depends on me. At PMC that meant hosting collaborative scripting sessions with client partners and helping form a cross-functional AI committee spanning CAD, project management, marketing, sales, and leadership.
The other side of the handover
What I’ve never had is the vantage point of the institution that receives the data and lives with it for the next 40 years. Now I work directly with owners and operators to close that gap as an independent consultant, and I’m open to the right owner-side leadership role where I can do it from the inside.
